Think About: Stress & you

Answer the following questions in your journal or Workbook

When you are stressed:

  1. Do you feel exceptionally tired?
  2. Do you feel like you can't cope?
  3. Do you snap at people you care about?
  4. Are you irritable?
  5. Do you get horribly angry or experience rage with people who are perhaps perceived as inconsiderate?
  6. Are you able to sleep?
  7. Do you forget what you were supposed to do next or where you place something?
  8. Do you struggle to find words that you know or people's names?
  9. Can you think or plan clearly?
  10. Do you have difficulty completing certain tasks?
  11. Is there anything else you would like to add?

Make a short note of what will improve if you have less stress.
