What you will do
On this ten-part course, you will understand the impact of stress and calm on how you think and feel and why this actually happens. You will also understand how it affects the way you work and relate to people. The content includes guided activities that will help you to learn from experience. The neuroscience behind will be explained. There will be specific questions for you and your team to answer (in your journal). This will help you to understand what works, what doesn't, what you are curious about, and what you wish to develop or practice further. Here is a brief summary of each:

So finding what works just for you is a very important part of the process.
